: Mr. Mallik is widely known as a cartoonist to the Telugus all over the world. He is also an accomplished writer having published more than thousand stories. More than three fourths of them are comedy scripts. All India Radio has broadcasted over 30 play-lets penned by him. He has provided comedy scripts to several movies and many a popular TV channel. Amrutham a comedy serial telecasted by Gemini Tv is very popular and is a trend setter among Telugu comedy-serials. Cartoons and writing are the first options of Mr. Mallik. He has drawn caricatures of many a celebrity and hundreds of individuals on request. Unlike other cartoonists, subjects of his cartoons comprise of varied topics right from kids to the politics. He is the creator of popular Tingu and Chitti , the cartoon-kid characters, through whom he is very successful in bringing out the hidden comedy in daily life. As a satirist, his criticism of contemporary happenings covered with delectable humor is exemplary. He is a Graduate in Hindusthani Classical Music and an adept Sitar player. He has performed live solo concerts on the Radio.

As a Novel Writer: Comedy is one of the most difficult in all art forms that one can attempt and impress. Mallik has mastered this art and delivered scripts that were truely amazing and memorable. He has huge fan follwing for his short stories and novels that were publised in Andhra Bhoomi in 90s. More than 500 short stories were published in various Telugu magazines. 75% percent of the stories were comedy scripts. Navvite Nava Ratnalu : One of the most popular in his works, was published weekly for 11 years (1984 - 1995) in Andhra Bhoomi. Parugo Parugu, Readymade Mogudu, Silly Fellow, Super Hit anu Dikkumalina Kadha and Jeevitame Oka Dhamal were popular among his Novels.

Telugu Radio: All India Radio broadcasted 30 comedy playlets written by Mallik, which include the very popular play 'Imported Camera'. AIR National Channel broadcasted the play that was selected for All India Drama Festival when Mallik was twenty plus. Also participated in various radio programs.

Music: Beyond mere interest, with admiration towards music, Mallik tried to gratify the musician inside him. After graduating in Hindustani Classical Music (Sitar Indtrument), from Vivek Vardhini Gandharva Vidyalay, he went on with LIVE (on Radio) solo concerts. Since cartoons & writing are his first options as an artist he could not justify his exuberance for music.
